As a special offer you can book a language course for yourself, a group or private tuition for your children in English, French and German as a foreign language in our home-based private tuition and language school Lerntreff-Ulrike Thul. "The holiday flat "Herrenberg" has got a living-room with a sofa bed and a dining table for 4 persons and two bedrooms with two twin beds each. All three rooms include a TV-set. There is a separate bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a small kitchen which contains everything you need for cooking, a refrigerator, a  microwave, a coffee-maker, a stove and an oven etc. When booking for two people, one double bedroom is available. If desired, the second bedroom can be booked at an additional cost.The holiday flat/apartment "Annaberg" is equipped with a kitchen and a dining table for 4 persons with fridge, refrigerator, microwave, dish-washer, coffee and tea makers etc. The living-room contains a comfortable sofa bed and a TV-set, a DVD player and a radio. The gem town of Idar-Oberstein is also not far away. In just one hour's drive you can be in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg (50 km) or in the neighboring countries of Belgium and France. The idyllic wine village owes its name to a former Roman road which at the time led along the Moselle from Trier to Mainz. The place where the 10th milestone was set was named by the Romans "ad decimum lapidem" - Detzem.

The 80sq.m apartment is a self-contained flat with its own entrance, located on the ground floor of our family home. The comfortably furnished accommodation has room for two people; additionally, a cot for children aged up to 3 is provided in the bedroom. In the fully-equipped kitchen you will find a dishwasher, oven, microwave and various electrical appliances including a toaster, egg boiler, kettle, coffee machine and bread machine. The separate bedroom contains a double bed and a large mirrored wardrobe. The generously-shaped living/dining room is fitted out with a flat-screen TV, stereo system and a sofabed for one or two children (1.40m x 1.90m). The mediaeval town of Bernkastel-Kues lies about 30km further along the Mosel, while Germany's oldest town of Trier is about 20 minutes away. It is possible to play golf or go riding in the nearby area. A swimming lake with mini-golf and summer sledging can also be reached via the nearby cycle route. The Mosel region enjoys festivals. Pölich has its wine festival on the weekend of 1st July each yearm and from spring through until autumn it is possible to visit enjoyable, attractive wine festivals in the bordering towns.

We have such a typical old family-owned winegrower's house in Lörsch, built at the beginning of 1900, awakened from our deep sleep and lovingly renovated. In this way we were able to maintain a cultural value and a piece of home for you as guests, but also for us. Our old house also has its own story. Until the end of the forties, the post office with the only public telephone was located here, it served as a Raiffeisen warehouse and was the residence of the mayor. We preserved a lot during the renovation of the property. Original wooden floorboards, lattice windows and the old oak stairs capture the charm of the story. The spacious bathroom and a modern kitchen provide modern amenities. Stylish, elegant furnishings add to the relaxed atmosphere. The large sunny terrace is an ideal place to relax. You can use the terrace outside the opening hours of the restaurant. The Moselle promenade can be reached in 3 minutes. You are on holiday with a Moselle fisherman, where you have the opportunity to look behind the scenes. On the day with the Moselle fisherman, you can not only watch the Moselle fisherman at work on the Moselle, but also lend a hand. How to put and lift nets and reuse will be shown and some participants can assist the fisherman with this. The correct and respectful handling of living beings and nature is the focus. Meanwhile, the ecological challenges for the respective fish species and for the river are discussed. The raising of the traps is under the aspect of nature conservation and supports the Rhineland-Palatinate eel protection initiative. Afterwards, the day comes to an end with an aperitif from Trittenheim and baked Moselle fish in the restaurant. Our restaurant Zum Moselfischer was created out of a passion for fish and with the idea of ​​​​sustainability and regionality. Invasive species such as catfish and black sea gobies must be intensively fished and taken from the river to protect the ecosystem. Our restaurant was created to provide a stage for the very tasty fish, which have no place in the regional cuisine. Welcome to our vacation home. The barrier-free low-energy vacation home with underfloor heating and ventilation (100 m²) is suitable for 2 people (child up to 2 years possible on request). It has a spacious living and dining area, a large kitchen, a double bedroom with bathroom, guest WC and a beautiful conservatory. It is suitable for walkers and wheelchairs. The large bathroom has a walk-in shower. There are two washing facilities, one of which is wheelchair accessible. The kitchen is easy to use with a walker, but less suitable for wheelchairs. The village has retained its typical Moselle charm, and local winemakers always welcome curious visitors. A real highlight is the Roman Villa - it's well worth a stroll there!
